The Austin Visitors Center is located at 602 East 4th St. (Click link to open in map)
- Option 1 – Austin Convention Parking Garage – 601 E. 5th street
The Garage entrance is located on the opposite (north) end of the Visitors Center building – the entry to the Garage is on 5th St between Red River and Sabine Streets. (601 E. 5th St.). Note: do not try to park in the 2nd street garage. It is not for public parking. - Option 2 – Street Parking. Parking Meters are available in the area. Please visit the City of Austin parking rates site for current hours and pricing information.

We don’t operate on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Easter – we have reduced schedules on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
The Austin tour route may be modified because of traffic, construction, weather, parades, and sporting events.
Request for special accommodations will be addressed by management. Special arrangements may require as long as 72 hours’ notice to secure.
