About the Vehicle
You won’t miss any views in our Mercedes-Benz panoramic sprinter. In our unique vehicle you get 360-degree angles of the city sights, with a retractable roof that’s easy to open and close, making for a unique and comfortable way to see all of Austin’s city architecture.
Important Booking Information
Online ticket purchases are refundable up to 24 hours before tour time, and reservations may be changed to another date and/or time (subject to availability).
For Students, Seniors 55+, Military, and Convention Tag Holders – Must present ID upon arrival.
The Austin Visitors Center is located at 602 East 4th St. (Click link to open in map)
- Austin Convention Parking Garage – 601 E. 5th street
The Garage entrance is located on the opposite (north) end of the Visitors Center building – the entry to the Garage is on 5th St between Red River and Sabine Streets. (601 E. 5th St.)
- Street Parking: Parking meters are enforced Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 a.m. Parking is $2 per hour from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. is a flat rate of $5. For paid time that continues after 6 p.m., the $5 flat rate is added to existing payment and parking expires at 3 a.m.

Child safety seats must be provided by parents whose children legally require them. Please see the laws at the follow link: Texas Department of Safety
There must be at least one adult over the age of 18 with each party that includes a child.

We don’t operate on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Easter – we have reduced schedules on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
The Austin tour route may be modified because of traffic, construction, weather, parades, and sporting events.
Request for special accommodations will be addressed by management. Special arrangements may require as long as 72 hours’ notice to secure.
